Toll Group has taken a significant step forward with its recent acquisition of Transolve Global, a specialist in international freight forwarding focusing on wine, bulk liquids, and perishables. Announced on May 14, 2025, this acquisition aims to enhance the capabilities of Toll Global Forwarding, providing innovative solutions to an expanded customer base.
This acquisition positions Toll Group to broaden its service offerings significantly, allowing them to provide tailored solutions for existing clientele while also attracting new customers in various sectors requiring specialized freight services. Transolve will function as a distinct brand under the Toll Global Forwarding umbrella.
Suhail Qureshi, Interim President of Toll Global Forwarding, expressed enthusiasm about the addition of Transolve, stating, “We are very excited about Transolve becoming part of Toll.
